Package One – Assessment & Action Plan
This basic package will provide guidance for the family/executor who wishes to do the work themselves. Includes:
• A two-hour consultation with the executor and/or family to assess the extent of the estate organizing that
needs to be done
• Creation of a written action plan for the family/executor to implement
• Includes a comprehensive list of resources
Price: Start at $300
Package Two – A Helping Hand (Apartment or Small Home)
This package is designed to a provide moderate amount of hands-on support for winding up an estate involving a one or two bedroom apartment or a small home. This package provides a helping hand to the family and/or executor, but would still require them to do some of the work themselves. Includes:
• A two-hour consultation with the executor and/or family to assess the extent of the estate organizing that
needs to be done
• Creation of a written action plan for the family/executor to implement
• Includes a comprehensive list of resources
• Ten hours of support in your choice of the following areas:
- Packing and sorting of belongings
- Arranging and/or being present for appraisers to come in
- Arranging and/or being present for pick up of items for charity, disposal, etc.
- Arranging for pick up, delivery and/or shipping of items to beneficiaries
Price Starts at $1000. An exact price quote will be given after the initial consultation
Package Three – Leave It All To Us (Apartment or Small Home)
If you need someone to take the process of winding up an estate off of your hands, this package allows you to leave it all to us. We provide complete support for winding up an estate from start to finish including:
• A two-hour consultation with the executor and/or family to assess the extent of the estate organizing that
needs to be done
• Creation of a written action plan for the family/executor to implement
• Includes a comprehensive list of resources
• 15 - 30 hours (or more) of support in your choice of the following areas:
- Packing and sorting of belongings
- Arranging and/or being present for appraisers to come in
- Arranging and/or being present for pick up of items for charity, disposal, etc.
- Arranging for pick up, delivery and/or shipping of items to beneficiaries
- Staging of home for selling
Price Starts at $1300. An exact price quote will be given after the initial consultation.
Package Four – A Helping Hand (Large Home)

• 20 hours (or more) of support in your choice of the following areas:

- Staging of home for selling
