Downsizing from your home to a smaller place or to a care facility can be a stressful experience. A Helping Hand Estate Organizing Service works to make this as easy as possible by providing help in many areas.

Package One – Assessment & Action Plan

This basic package will provide guidance for the client/family who wishes to do the work themselves. Includes:
     •   Meeting /Consulting with the client/or family
     •   Identify action plan
     •   Provide written action plan and list of resources

Price: Starting at $300

Package Two – A Helping Hand (small home or condo)

This package is designed to provide moderate amount of hands-on support for downsizing a one or two bedroom condo. Requires some involvement from client or family. Includes:
     •   Meeting with the client and/or family
     •   Identify action plan
     •   Provide written action plan and list of resources
     •    Fifteen hours of support in your choice of the following areas:
                    - Packing and sorting of belongings
                    - Arranging and/or being present for pick up of items for charity, disposal, etc
                    - Arrange for movers

Price: $1000 An exact price will be given after initial consultation

Package Three – Leave it all to us (Small home or condo)

This package is designed to provide complete support for downsizing a one or two bedroom condo. Includes:
     •   Meeting with client/family
     •   Identify action plan
     •   Provide written action plan and list of resources
     •   20 -30 hours (or more) of support in your choice of the following areas:
                    - Packing and sorting of belongings
                    - Arranging and/or being present for pick up of items for charity, disposal, etc.
                    - Work with landlords, management at care facility and movers, to make the move as simple as
                      possible
                    - Work with Realtors to stage home and get home ready for sale
                    - Available on day of Open Houses for last minute organizing and/or presentation
                    - Present on Moving Day to work with movers
                    - Unpacking at new home
                    - Arrange for your old home to be cleaned

Price: Start at $1500. An exact price quote will be given after the initial consultation.

Package Four – A Helping Hand (large home)

This package is designed to provide moderate support for downsizing a large home. Requires some involvement from client and/or the family. It includes:

     •   Meeting with client/family
     •   Identify action plan
     •   Provide written action plan and list of resources
     •    30 hours (or more) of support in your choice of the following areas:
                    - Packing and sorting of belongings
                    - Arranging and/or being present for pick up of items for charity, disposal, etc
                    - Work with landlords, management at care facility and movers, to make the move as simple as
                      possible
                    - Work with Realtors to stage home and get home ready for sale
                    - Available on day of Open Houses for last minute organizing and/or presentation
                    - Present on Moving Day to work with movers
                    - Unpacking at new home

Package Five - Leave it all to us (large home)

This package is designed to provide complete support for downsizing a large home. Requires limited involvement from client and/or family
Includes:
     •   Meeting with client/family
     •   Identify action plan
     •   Provide written action plan and list of resources
     •    35 hours (or more) of support in your choice of the following areas:
                   - Packing and sorting of belongings
                   - Arranging and/or being present for appraisers to come in
                   - Arranging and/or being present for pick up of items for charity, disposal, etc.
                   - Work with landlords, management at care facility and movers, to make the move as simple as
                     possible
                   - Work with Realtors to stage home and get home ready for sale
                   - Available on day of Open Houses for last minute organizing and/or presentation
                   - Present on Moving Day to work with movers
                   - Unpacking at new home
                   - Arrange for your old home to be cleaned
